To our That Choir community of subscribers, donors, patrons, and artists :
We wanted to update you on a few things re: Coronavirus/COVID-19. That Choir is following public health recommendations and actively monitoring developments related to the impact of COVID-19 on our choir and community.
Given the growing concern around COVID-19, and the most recent news and information available, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our That Choir Sings Eric Whitacre concert on May 9 & 10, 2020. We regret to share this disappointing news, but feel that it is a responsible decision for the health of our community. At this time of global uncertainty, the health, safety, and well-being of our audience, artists, and volunteers is paramount. We thank everyone for their patience as we navigate this evolving situation together and look forward to sharing great music again in the future.
The following options are available for patrons who have tickets to our That Choir Sings Eric Whitacre concert (May 9 & 10, 2020):
That being said, we are still selling 50/50 tickets as part of our fundraising efforts. 50/50 tickets can still be purchased from choristers (and money can be e-transferred), and are also available online: http://www.thatchoir.com/store.
We will keep you all informed as things evolve. We care about the health of our communities and we will work through this, together! We would like to thank our community - subscribers, donors, patrons, and artists - for their support and commitment to keeping people safe and healthy. When this passes, we're ready and raring to create art for our community. We look forward to seeing you soon!
