COLIN FROTTEN
GENERAL MANAGER
Toronto-based pianist and tenor Colin Frotten is a recent graduate from Mount Allison University earning his Bachelor's degree in music. He performs regularly, both as a soloist and collaborative pianist throughout the city.
He was a chorister with Mount Allison’s Elliott Chorale for five consecutive years, often acting as section-lead and tenor soloist, in addition to working as the choir's manager and librarian. Colin was also appointed as Organist/Director of Music at St. Paul's and St. Ann's Anglican churches in Sackville, New Brunswick and has worked as Music Director, Vocal Director/Coach and Rehearsal Pianist for a number of musical theatre productions in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Recently, he has sung with Toronto Operetta Theatre, the Cantabile Chamber Singers, Grace Church on-the-Hill, the Tafelmusik Baroque Summer Institute and the Halifax Summer Opera Festival. Colin is a passionate educator and arts advocate who is committed to inspiring future generations of musicians. As General Manager, he is responsible for the administrative operations of That Choir, as well as the production of concerts and special events, and the coordination of private appearances. |
